Course Description
This course teaches essential foundations and rulings in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). It examines how divine guidance informs practical life. Students will study the primary sources that scholars use to derive rulings, explore key principles of Islamic law, and understand how fiqh addresses contemporary questions in various fields while remaining rooted in sacred texts.
