Course Description
Have you read the Qur’an but yearn to understand, internalize, & connect with the wisdom in the verses? Do you long for the tears of your soul to flow at the divine beauty of the Qur’an? Each class will delve deep into its secrets & the detailed exegesis (tafsir), demonstrating the themes of each surah & explaining each verse in light of them. The preservation of the tradition of Qur’anic understanding taught by qualified scholars is of utmost importance for Muslims, especially in this modern era of doubt, confusion, and spiritual unrest. By attending this course, students will participate in this significant tradition and preserve the meanings of the Qur’an in their hearts & lives.

Class Texts
Required.
Textbooks and class materials will be provided upon registration, as tafsir texts must be studied under the guidance of traditional Islamic scholars trained and licensed in Qur’anic exegesis.
